February 2025 Share report of public opinion from community survey and county-wide tour.

March 2025 Share first draft of the STR ordinance and open public comment period of draft ordinance, both online and in-person opportunities.

April 2025 Finalize revisions to the draft ordinance based on feedback. Present detailed recommendations and documentation for the Planning Commission's consideration and recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.

May 2025 Seek consideration and ultimately unanimous adoption of the revised STR ordinance by the Board of County Commissioners.
