All housekeepers at Timberline Properties Home Watch are trained in effective cleaning methods and safe use of cleaning products. This ensures every home is clean, safe, and ready.
Our housekeeping app gives our teams real-time updates to help them organize their cleaning schedules, ensure each property is cleaned thoroughly, and a property specific cleaning checklist is followed.
Our team uses a systematic method to ensure that every part of the home is ready.
The home is clear of any items left by previous guests, and all surfaces are cleaned.
Hard floors are swept and mopped, while carpets are vacuumed.
Freshly laundered sheets are placed on beds, and towels are provided in bathrooms and kitchens.
All dishes are washed and the dishwasher is empty.
The refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker are cleaned.
The dining table and chairs are wiped down.
Showers, bathtubs, and toilets are thoroughly cleaned. Trash cans are emptied and have new liners.
The BBQ grill (if available) is cleaned and the propane tank is filled.
The outdoor area is cleared, and outdoor organized.
The hot tub (if available) is covered, cleaned, and balanced.
An up-to-date inventory and restocking of consumables
All trash is removed from the property.
We regularly check homes to ensure amenities are working. We also verify that safety equipment like fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and first aid kits are available for guest safety.
After every stay, our local team completes a home inspection to ensure it’s ready for the next guests:
