Park County STR Ordinance Review Updates

In May 2024, the Park County Board of County Commissioners launched a review of the Short-Term rental ordinance to assess total allowable STR licenses, fee reassessments, and regulations around the STR community.  After holding community hearings last fall, they have yet to make any changes available for public comment.  We will be sure to notify you of any changes.
